One of the characteristics that separates Ama Ghar from other children’s homes is that we support our children’s higher education, funding either vocational training or a university degree, depending on each child’s talents and abilities. Our goal is that each of them will become a self-sufficient, happy and productive adult.
The young women you see here are planning to attend university and although Ama Foundation pays for tuition, supplies and expenses, we don’t have enough in our budget to provide a laptop for each one of them, which is a necessary tool for college success today. They are so hard-working and determined, and they have come so far…
