After studying hard to pass their final exams in March, the Ama Ghar children needed some fun! Many new kid-friendly activities have opened in Kathmandu in recent years, and we enjoyed exploring some of the venues during our spring vacation. In addition to being a good time, these types of outings provide important bonding opportunities for the Ama Ghar children and staff outside of our day-to-day routines. Some of the places we visited include:
- a climbing wall
- a roller skating rink
- a jump house
- a 3D art museum
- the Tiger Lily Petting Farm & Hands-on Museum
- a family entertainment center with an arcade and VR activities.
