Investing for the long term: Our Campus Future
With a record of success on increasingly complex green-building projects, Ama Foundation has plans for even more ambitious sustainable building measures to save energy and money, protect the planet and drive innovation.
Ama Foundation aims to set the standard for environmental leadership among Nepal’s children’s homes, demonstrating that energy savings opportunities exist for schools, orphanages and not-for-profit institutions at every level of investment.

From encouraging student-led projects that reduce the children’s home carbon footprint to a pledge to consider environmental impact throughout its operations, Ama Foundation has given sustainability a place of prominence in the curriculum.
