If you follow the Ama Ghar blog, you know that Bonnie Auntie has always taught the kids the importance of sustainability, from designing our Ama Ghar home with solar power and re-used water to picking up trash in the river.
Now Sharmila is taking her good work a step further by enrolling in Edulift, a Kathmandu group that not only counsels young people on career paths but also teaches proper recycling techniques. Sharmila and her fellow Edulift members did a teaching session on recycling last week – and had fun while doing it, as you can see in these photos.
