This past weekend, May 19-20 was a spectacular one at Live Oak Park in Berkeley, where the Ama Foundation shared Nepali tea, dancing, drumming and lots of news about Ama Ghar at the Himalayan Fair. Thanks to Liddy and Kevin Clark, Jane Ellison, Rob Sanders, Niley Shrestha, Barbara Moffat, Paramesh Adhikari and all other volunteers who helped make this a success.

We served hundreds of cups of tea while spreading the good word about the Ama Ghar kids – and received $860 in donations. Thanks to all our Ama Ghar family for joining us at this annual event – see you next year!
